A Website in the Making

Building Websites
Upon many questions that has been frequently asked about the process of building websites here at the agency, we've thought of adding this post for everyone who is still wondering about how does it work around here in our factory.

What does it take to design a website?
Drawing and sketching wireframes lays the foundation of the design layout while imagining how the users will get to navigate through the intended website pages through research and investigation of what the website will be employed for. Within this process we take in consideration the user usability starting from: brand identity to navigation menu, buttons, links, typography, elects effect (Shadows, gradients, borders, …etc).

Once the web layout has been illustrated, we can then spice it up with an artistic layer giving it a sleek, clean style look to reflect your corporate identity and compete with other local and international brands. You can check out our portfolio for design examples. Our web design process is highly meet the web standards to deliver the new term of the web ‘Web 2.0 Design Concepts’. Please review our portfolio to catch ideas of our previous designs.

Web developing phase and web programming usually comes after the design phase right after we get the design approval from our clients, we start developing the website, which undergoes two main processes:

Front-End Developing:
Slicing the graphical interface to operate on the different browsers and mobile devices (Internet Explore - Fire Fox - Chrome - Safari - iPad - iPhone - .. etc) to match different use of the Internet and browsing, we make sure that our layout is compatible with all kinds of different browsers and view correctly on any screen resolutions.

Our markup language is up to date, as we use high web standards like HTML5, CSS3 to view the valid copy of the web page, and we use jQuery (JavaSctipt library) plus our own JS code to deliver neat animation and better UX (User Experience)

Server Side Programming:
Until this phase is over, the website has to undergo a server side programming process, or else all the content material on the website will remain static (not an updated version of a working website), meaning: it looks beautiful but without any working brains. At that point this phase strats by using our OOP (Object Oriented Programming) techniques handled by a powerful language like PHP5, storing the website information from text, photos and videos into MySQL5.0 database, they all work together to deliver a smart website available for users.

We deliver a super user friendly back-end control panel for our clients to assist them to edit their web pages and be able to control and manage the different IN/OUT records of the website.

Search Engine Optimizations (SEO)
While we develop any website, we never fail how the different search engines bots finding and ranking the website into their databases. We work hard on using the right tactics to help the bots find the right content and links online. We call this ‘On-Page SEO’, varying from page titles, meta tags, headings, validation, site maps, page re-directions, loading, speed performance, and other issues to deliver search-able version of your website.

Support & Maintenance:
After a successful delivery of the designed and developed website, that we call ‘Website has finally launched!’, we seek to keep the success going online as much time as we can, therefore, the website needs an eye watcher, text editing, regular backups on database, security enhancements, and such, that we support our client via emails or phone calls, answering every question with pleasure to maintain the quality of how attractive the website looks, how interesting the content it contains and how functional the website is on the Internet cloud.

Usually a project takes us from three to four weeks to deliver, it really depends on the project type and the services hired along with building the website.
