Mitch Designs is finally seeking another hand in the field of UI/UX design, keep in mind that we are not aiming for Graphic Designers or Web Developers.
JUNIOR WEB DESIGNER that would be able to,
• Design Web layouts, Web Design has to be your calling, literally, we are looking for that person, who is capable of assembling creative designs and be considerate toward the User Experience. Capable of making clean layouts, that are far from confusion and complicity but more toward actual usability.
• You have to be in love with Photoshop to mastering it, it should always be your joy, opening up white canvas and letting go of your wild ambitious design mind. Our web designer to be, has to be measuring everything with Pixels, to know and tell that one pixel might make all the difference in the world.
• In case things are not clear yet, your Photo Shop Document (PSD) of your design would then be converted to HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so having a deep knowledge to what goes beyond your designs is quite important, leading you to understanding what is browsers compatibility, navigation and Grid system, it all adds to your value as a designer. You won’t be asked to generate code, however, knowing what goes where and how is a must!.
• What else?!. Yes, your professional background, experienced is the word to describe you, and it wouldn’t be based on brochures, flyers and leaflets design. FONTS occupy a big part of your professional identity, Typography, in general, should matter most to you as well.
• UI/UX design as in User Interface and User Experience design, acquiring you to strengthen your observation, ascertaining elements’ weight and position, determining UI and UI response.

Will be able to perceive, receive, give and teach, adding to that, your suitable management of time, bearing our very picky yet enjoyable work environment, and most importantly, excellent in Photoshop tools, then, give it a shot and apply, you wouldn’t want to miss such a great opportunity.
