January 2012 has passed already, and I have been thinking of all the incidents that has been taking place in 2011, specially after we have posted Best of 2011 Checklist. I have had a major flashback on my very own version of 2011. With the bizarre sequential events, it all seemed well prepared to pay us off surprising results last year. Encouraged along with our followers that we’re climbing up quite alright, despite the market’s circumstance. Thinking wild has reflected on our work that it has been a great business year for Mitch Designs.

Web Design & Development Wise...

I have been heading towards simplicity that considers a user’s experience on each website’s design while maintaining a layout that fascinates our clients.

Splendid & Attractive UX Designs

Establishing a layout different from any of the present layout scenes on the web, is always what I intend to do. Layouts that stand out, based on the right concepts that make perfect sense to users. Our primary aim is to simplify the process the users get online. Instead of complicated applications, I’d like to be friendly with developing our applications. Simplicity is indeed the ultimate beauty for that purpose!

eCommerce Websites

Putting the client’s goals first is achieved through applying innovative methods and techniques for an ecstatic user's experience. We, my team and I, are planning to focus more on executing eCommerce, CMS and Tourism websites. Earlier in 2011 we have delivered Resort Choice a booking system, a great website for travelers around the world looking for real estate where they can spend their holidays and vacations.

Mitch Designs was not intending to get a positive feedback from only Egypt, but moreover, from the world’s online interaction, which has lead us to be present online with our latest news and updates on our blog buzz.

Travel & Music Resolutions

However, our design and code factories never got busier. We have celebrated the launch of Egyptolution with pride, the first tourism portal to ever exist in Egypt, which is an interesting initiative by far to encourage tourism back in Egypt, providing visitors with credible secure resources about various destinations across Egypt. The past year has unexpectedly surprised us all, specially with Egyptolution’s crew. They were touring and discovering Egypt all along and still to be continued in 2012.

Who’s Jammin is our biggest hit this year. It will be the biggest social network for all artists and musicians to show up and share what they’ve got in the music industry. Currently it is on its Beta test.

Management Wise...

Last but not least, I’m excited that we have been building up our team with new members on board, widening our scope, we are definitely growing in number and better opportunities.

Indispensably, I still insist on thinking outside the box and out of the ordinary, in someway or another. We are more aware of the importance of the World Wide Web and Online Social Media, thus, we’ve been having some major changes around in the office interiors, installing new office furniture, equipments and adding new working stations for the developer’s ‘Holy Land’ room to get down to business. New MacBooks and iMacs have arrived this month, while everybody has just started to warm up for action.

One final tip...If there are any managing directors out there who haven’t been strengthening their bonds with their team, what a waste! I’m dead sure that their businesses will fall apart. Frankly, all the credit goes to my team who has done quite an amazing job, been taking work off of my shoulders, that of which I’m most grateful for. Confidently, though we are a small team in this company, I can see we are quite bonded and committed to ‘the best is yet to come’ future plan throughout the year of 2012.
