The Role:

As an Account Manager, you’ll be a key player between our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations. You will manage client portfolios, oversee projects from conception to completion, and drive growth by identifying new business opportunities.

Your ability to understand client needs and communicate them effectively to our design, development, and marketing teams will be crucial to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including design, development, and digital marketing) to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Prepare reports on account status and keep clients informed of progress.
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing clients and collaborate with sales teams to achieve growth.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role, ideally within a website design, development, or digital marketing agency.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or HubSpot) and Google Drive (particularly Google Spreadsheets).
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
